Unfortunately, price / performance ratio does not match at all. Ordered once and half forgotten and the food was cold. After calling and complaining, they just hung up. Customer satisfaction is probably not the number one priority.

Unfortunately, the same thing happened to me today as to some of the previous speakers. First time ordered there. Lieferando said it took 35 mim. We had to wait 1 hour and 23 minutes for it. After waiting 40 minutes, we called them. The guy said another 20 minutes. As I said, after almost 1.5 hours the supplier finally came. 1 normal pizza and 2 large salads were ordered. At 1 with extra wishes. Already at the door my partner noticed that there was 1 small salad. There should be 3 main meals for 3 people, so big instead of small. But of course the price for the big ones was deducted! The supplier actually wanted to leave the matter as it is and just take the little one with him. Only at our urging he said he would take the little one with him and bring a big one. While he was away we called to make sure he was there. The situation was already known. Clearly she apologized. I asked if at least the extra requests had been taken into account. During the conversation it came out that these were used on the other salad. We hadn't seen it at the time because it was in the fridge; my partner was waiting to eat until mine came. Well luckily we called. So the supplier came again after 40 minutes and gave us the salad with a short "Sorry for the inconvenience". But that's not all. My friend then eats his salad. The one who actually came normally, on which the extra wishes were then wrongly. What wouldn't have been a drama! But there was no dressing. Just washed salad, no oil, vinegar or anything else! Not even a bottle of Coke as an excuse, nothing! Although she wouldn't have made things any better. It went wrong, what can go wrong. In my life I will 1. never order there again and 2. advise everyone against it.

It was delivered after 1.5 hours. Ordered: 1x Pizza Hawai: It came right. Large shrimp salad with an extra side dish: was delivered small. Big Nice Salad: was delivered with the extra side dish of the prawn sat Only after we pointed out the wrongly delivered shrimp salad to the messenger did he look at the bill and comment on it with an “oh! You're right." It was suggested that he take the small shrimp salad back with him - without correct delivery. Only when we asked to improve the order, which probably did not suit him, did the messenger assure us that he would deliver the large shrimp salad in a maximum of half an hour. Despite the wrong order, the entire invoice (including a large shrimp salad) was collected with the first delivery. The subsequent delivery took place after 40 minutes. With a short: "Sorry" from the messenger it was done. Only then did we notice that the Nice salad was delivered with the extra side dish of the shrimp salad. Wherever people work, something can always go wrong, I understand why. The way in which it is handled is, however, the bottom drawer! To eat: I would have overlooked the wrong extra side dish for the Nice salad. However, the oil dressing stated in the menu and in the order was also missing. The salad was thrown carelessly on the plate without dressing, any spices. I can do that better at home. My tip: Saray in Ottweiler: They know how it works!

Those who haven't been here before have definitely missed something!
